These terms cover this website. The work itself is governed by the written quote you sign, not by this page.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of empireinstaller.us, the website of Empire Installer LLC. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the site — call (786) 344-1741 instead and we will take your details on the phone.
What these terms do not cover
They are not your installation agreement. If you hire Empire Installer, the work, the price, the schedule, the payment terms and the warranties are set by the written quote and contract you sign, and by the warranty documents handed to you at final inspection. Where anything on this website differs from those documents, those documents govern.
Estimates and quotes
An estimate is free and asking for one commits you to nothing. Nothing on this website is a price, an offer, or a contract, and no page here quotes a figure: every job is measured on site first, because two identical-looking windows in two houses are different jobs once the frame type, the opening size and the permit are on paper.
A price becomes binding only in a written quote signed by both of us. A written quote is valid for the period stated on that quote.
Accuracy of what is on this site
The product descriptions, the process description and the answers on this site are written to be accurate at the time of publication and are general information, not a specification for your building. Building codes, county permit procedures and product approvals change, and what applies to your openings is determined at the measurement and on the approved permit drawings for your address — not by this website.
Product approval numbers, license details and warranty terms are supplied in writing during the estimate. Do not rely on this site for them.
Contacting you
If you send the estimate form and check the consent box, you agree that Empire Installer may contact you about that estimate by phone, text message and email, including by automatic dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can withdraw consent at any time. How that consent is recorded is described in the Privacy Policy.
Using the site
Use the site for its purpose: reading about the work and asking for an estimate. Do not submit false information or someone else's contact details, do not attempt to interfere with the site or the form, and do not use automated tools to submit it.
Content on this site
The text, layout, drawings and marks on this site belong to Empire Installer LLC. You are welcome to read them, print them and quote them with attribution. You may not copy the site or its content to present as your own.
Links to other sites
Where this site links somewhere else, that destination is not under our control and these terms do not apply to it.
Availability and liability
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of error, and to the extent the law allows, Empire Installer is not liable for loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits obligations under a signed installation contract.
