02What We Install
What We Install
The full product menu. Every line is Miami-Dade NOA-approved and installed by Empire Installer's own crews in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe.
General note —
There are no prices on this page, because two identical-looking windows in two houses are different jobs once the frame type, the opening size and the permit are on paper, so Empire Installer measures first and quotes after.
Impact Windows
Impact Windows — Single & Double Hung
The standard replacement for older aluminum hung windows. Vertical operation, and in most South Florida homes the new unit fits the existing opening with no structural change.
Bedrooms, baths, kitchens Replaces aluminum single-hung and jalousie
Impact Windows — Horizontal Roller
Wide openings with side-to-side operation. Common in Miami construction from the 1960s through the 1980s, and usually a direct replacement.
Wide openings, Florida rooms Replaces aluminum horizontal slider
Impact Windows — Casement & Awning
Crank-operated units that seal tight and vent fully. Awnings stay open in light rain, which matters here.
Kitchens, baths, over sinks Replaces jalousie or fixed units
Impact Windows — Picture & Architectural
Fixed glass for maximum light and view, including arched, angled and custom shapes measured to the opening.
Living areas, stairwells, gables Replaces fixed single-pane glass
Impact Doors
Impact Sliding Glass Doors
Two, three and four-panel hurricane-rated sliders for patios and terraces, in standard and oversized configurations.
Patios, terraces, pool decks Replaces aluminum sliding patio doors
Impact French & Swing Doors
Hinged impact-rated door systems with multi-point locking hardware, single or double.
Side entrances, garden doors Replaces non-rated French doors
Impact Entry Doors
Front entry systems rated for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone, with impact glass inserts and reinforced frames and hardware.
Front and side entries Replaces non-rated entry doors
Commercial & Custom Glass
Commercial Storefront & Custom Glass
Impact-rated storefront systems, curtain wall and custom fabrication for retail, office and mixed-use buildings.
Retail, office, mixed-use Replaces non-rated storefront glazing
Engineering, Permitting & Inspection
NOA product selection, engineering drawings, county permit submittal and final inspection coordination.
Every job Included in the installation price
Included in every Empire Installer installation and never billed as an extra. The permit is not an add-on to the job. It is the job.
