Who this policy is from

This policy covers empireinstaller.us, the website of Empire Installer LLC, an impact window and door contractor working in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties, Florida. You can reach us at Empireinstallers@yahoo.com or (786) 344-1741.

What this site collects

The estimate request form is the only place this site collects personal information, and it only collects what you type into it. Three fields are required:

• Your full name, so we know who to ask for when we call.
• Your phone number, which is how we reach you.
• Your ZIP code, so we know which county the property is in and whether we work there.

The rest of the form is optional and exists so the right person calls you back: an email address, what you need installed, roughly how many openings, the property type, your timeline, whether you want to hear about financing, and anything else you choose to tell us. You can leave every one of them blank and still send the form.

The form also carries a hidden field that is always empty for a person and a timestamp of when the form was loaded. Both exist to filter out automated spam submissions. Neither is about you and neither is kept once a submission is judged genuine.

The consent the form records

The consent checkbox is unchecked when the page loads and you have to check it yourself. Checking it records your agreement to the following sentence, stored with your submission alongside a timestamp and the version token consent-en-v1:

That record exists so that the wording you actually saw is the wording on file. If the sentence is ever changed, its version token changes with it and earlier submissions keep the version they were made under. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us on the phone, replying STOP to a text message, or emailing Empireinstallers@yahoo.com.

What the information is used for

To prepare and deliver your estimate, and to contact you about it. That means calling, texting or emailing you to schedule a measurement, sending you the written quote, and following up on it. If you asked about financing, it also means talking to you about financing.

Empire Installer does not sell your information, does not rent it, and does not share it with anyone for their own marketing. It is shared only where it is needed to do the job you asked for — with the service providers that carry our email and process form submissions, and, once you become a customer, with the county building department on your permit application and with the manufacturer of the products specified for your openings.

How the form reaches us

Depending on how this site is configured when you submit it, your form is either delivered directly to the Empire Installer estimate inbox or handed to your own email application to send. If your device opens your email application, that message travels through your own email provider before it reaches us, under that provider's terms rather than ours.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It loads no third-party scripts, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media trackers of any kind. Nothing on these pages follows you to another site, and nothing you do here is recorded for advertising.

The web host that serves this site keeps the standard server access logs any web server keeps — an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested. Those are operational records and Empire Installer does not use them to identify you or to market to you.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests are kept for as long as we need them to answer you, to do the work if you hire us, and to keep the record of the consent you gave. Records tied to a permitted installation are kept longer than an inquiry that went nowhere, because the permit, the inspection and the warranty are documents with lives of their own.

If you want your information removed, email Empireinstallers@yahoo.com or call (786) 344-1741 and ask. We will delete what we are not required to keep, and tell you what we are.

Your choices

• Ask us to stop calling, texting or emailing, and we stop.
• Reply STOP to any text message to end text messages.
• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete what we hold, subject to the paragraph above.

Children

This site is for homeowners, condo boards, property managers and commercial owners arranging building work. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Where this applies

Empire Installer works in Florida and this site is operated from the United States. Any information you send is processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version is posted on this page and the date at the top of the page changes with it. Consent already recorded stays on the version it was given under.
